‑ Standard in‑stock sample items: 7‑12 working days ‑ New custom‑made samples (OEM / ODM): 15‑25 working days ‑ Bulk wholesale orders: 25‑45 working‑days after deposit payment and sample confirmation. Large hotel & villa engineering projects will have separate agreed‑upon delivery schedules.
We support multiple international shipping solutions based on customer’s requirement: ‑ Sea freight (FCL full container / LCL less than container load) —‑ recommended for large bulk orders, most cost‑effective ‑ Air freight — for small‑batch orders or urgent sample shipments ‑ Express courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS — for quick sample delivery ‑ We can ship goods to your nominated forwarder in China.
‑ Shipping fees are NOT included in our product wholesale price. ‑ Final freight cost will be calculated according to product weight, volume, destination country and shipping method, and listed separately in your proforma invoice.
Once goods leave our factory and are handed over to the shipping carrier, transportation‑related risks are borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend buyers to purchase cargo insurance for international shipments.
Delivery times are estimated. Delays may occasionally happen because of customs clearance, bad weather, port congestion or carrier‑related issues. We are not responsible for such uncontrollable delays, but we will keep you updated on shipment progress.
After shipment, we will provide you with all required export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading as requested.
